Meet Our Sloths: Luna & BB Cop
Get to know our charming sloths, Luna and BB Cop, each with their unique personalities and quirks.

Our new sloth habitat wouldn’t be the vibrant, plant-filled paradise it is without the generous support of Salisbury Greenhouse! As the official sponsor of our sloth habitat, Salisbury provided all of the stunning live plants that bring this space to life. From towering greenery to lush foliage, every plant was carefully chosen to help mimic the tropical environment that sloths call home.
Thanks to their support, Luna & BB Cop can relax, climb, and explore in a rich, natural setting, while guests get to experience an immersive rainforest atmosphere right here at the Edmonton Valley Zoo.
Next time you visit, take a moment to appreciate the incredible greenery—and if you’re inspired to add a little jungle to your own home, be sure to visit our friends at Salisbury Greenhouse!
