RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from the Zootique can be returned or exchanged in-store within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges without a receipt. Returns and exchanges are only accepted in-store.
