While you’re exploring the zoo, sampling local beverages, and enjoying the evening, you’re also helping support the future of the Edmonton Valley Zoo. Proceeds from Zoobrew 2026 support Project Carnivora, an exciting new development that will create immersive, naturalized habitats for our Canadian lynx and snow leopards.

Located at the front of the zoo, these innovative spaces will enhance animal welfare, provide enriching environments for the animals in our care, and create new opportunities for guests to connect with and learn about these remarkable carnivore species. Featuring natural landscapes, barrier-free viewing areas, and behind-the-scenes animal care experiences, Project Carnivora represents the next chapter in wildlife conservation and education at the Edmonton Valley Zoo.

Sample prices for beverages typically range from 2 to 4 tickets per serving. Please note that the average price may vary slightly depending on the specific vendor and beverage selection. We encourage you to explore the offerings and find your perfect drink to sip on while enjoying the festivities.

At Zoobrew, we’re all about creating a wildly entertaining experience for our guests! In addition to the fantastic selection of beers and beverages from local breweries and distilleries, we have a range of exciting activities lined up to make your evening even more unforgettable.

We also have a BEER & LIQUOR RAFFLE that will leave you on the edge of your seat. Purchase your raffle tickets for a chance to win some exceptional beer, and liquor selections. It’s an opportunity to take home some of the finest local beverages, curated by our expert partners. Don’t miss out on this incredible chance to expand your collection!

To make your transportation to and from the event a breeze, we have arranged FREE PARTY BUSES departing from the front gates. Whether you plan to arrive fashionably late or want to enjoy the entire evening, hop aboard our party buses departing at 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of getting you safely to The Pint, where the festivities await.

Zoobrew is not just about the fantastic brews and wines; it’s an immersive experience that brings together local businesses, entertainment, and the thrill of winning prizes. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

Throughout the event, we prioritize your comfort and convenience, aiming to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Here are some additional amenities available at Zoobrew Vol. 1:

RESTROOMS: We have restroom facilities conveniently located throughout the event grounds. You can find restrooms in the following areas:

EdVenture Lodge
Urban Farm

DRINKING WATER STATIONS: Staying hydrated is essential, especially during an event filled with excitement. The Epcor Water Refill Trailer is on site near the food trucks! Additionally, you’ll find water refill stations at the Entry Plaza Bathroom, Saito Centre, and the Urban Farm. Feel free to use your sample mug or a refillable water bottle and refill it throughout the day to quench your thirst.

SAMPLE TICKETS: If you wish to indulge in additional food or beverage samples beyond what is included with your admission, additional sample tickets can be purchased in packages of 20 tickets for $20. You have two convenient options to acquire more sample tickets:

Guest Services Booth in the Plaza: Visit the Guest Services booth located in the Entry Plaza to purchase sample tickets.
Sample Tickets by the Carousel: You can also purchase extra sample tickets at the Sample Ticket booth situated near the Carousel.

MERCH SALES: ZooBrew merch and souvenirs can be purchased in Zootique Gift Shop in the Entry Plaza.

We kindly ask that you adhere to the safety guidelines in place to ensure the well-being of all attendees and the animals. Please show respect for the animals and fellow guests as we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

Your safety is our utmost priority at Zoobrew, and we wholeheartedly support responsible drinking and transportation. We strongly advise against drinking and driving.

To ensure a safe and convenient experience for all attendees, we have arranged free party buses departing from the front gates at 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM. These party buses are available to transport you to The Pint, where the event takes place. We encourage you to take advantage of this complimentary service, as it allows you to enjoy the festivities without worrying about transportation. Seats on the bus are first-come, first-served.

If you prefer to drive to the event, we want to emphasize that drinking and driving is never acceptable. Parking at the Edmonton Valley Zoo is free of charge, and there is a spacious parking lot conveniently located immediately outside the zoo entrance. You are welcome to leave your vehicles parked overnight in the Edmonton Valley Zoo parking lot and retrieve them on Sunday morning. This way, you can enjoy the event responsibly and retrieve your car when you are sober and ready to drive safely.
