Conservation Initiative: Bats

The Satoo School Room 7 Students, led a bat conservation project by fundraising money through a bottle drive. They researched and purchased a four chamber bat box and showed a presentation about bats to our neighbourhood community league. Knottwood Community League accepted our proposal and installed the bat box on their building. Students then submitted the results of our bat house data to the Alberta Community Bat Program.
